hey there I am pretty new to this site and trying to be a helpful member and keep my torrents up and seeding for whoever wants them. in utorrent, some of the torrents say SEEDING while others say Finished. I thought if I just kept everything i have in the utorrent library it'll give access to files, but I just got a request from someone to seed a torrent that is in my library. In the library it says Finished, not Seeding. SOOOO, am I doing something wrong and not making this available to people or is there some other user error

The following steps should work,
Select: Options - Preferences - Queueing and change the values in seeding goal. Or Right click on the seeding torrent and click Propeties, select Override defualt settings in the Seeding goals section and change the values.
Hope this helped...

Make sure the settings in utorrent allow you to have enough active torrents and peers.
