mymadmethods.com workouts look good, but what you should do is not complicate it that much. They got like 8 exercises to do in 1 workout. It doesn't need to need that many. Yea it maybe a bit boring but let me tell you after doing 10mins+ of swings your entire body will be shot. So do 2 exercises in a circuit at first. Do swings and puships, or swings and burpees. Just these 2 alone can be very taxing on the body, and are excellent for weight loss, endurance, balance, coordination, and explosive strength. You don't even need to work out for an hour, you can literally drive your body to exhaustion with these 2 within 30-45 mins.

Sorry for bringing up this "old" thread, but for the sake of completeness i can't resist to not reply.
I'm an RKC myself, i started Kettlebell training under an RKC-2 certified instructor (certified by Pavel himself). The first step in kettlebell training is Pavel Tsatsouline's book and dvd "Enther The Kettlebell". They learn you the basics, proper shape, stance and (most importantly) proper breathing. Afther mastering the Turkish Getup and Basic KB Swing check out the Book "Art Of Strength - Enther the Kettlebell workbook" (By Anthony Diluglio). Acompanying the book you'll need the dvd "Art of Strenght - Providence". The first 4 weeks "RKC Program Minimum" wil build the proper foundation, balance and functional power/condition that will help you the rest of your life. Starting at week 5 is the "Rite of Passage" program, which starts with Clean&Press, Snatches and Swings at basics ladders and builds up to a proper level where you won't be swept or taken down anymore!
Coming from a powerlifting background, after training several years only in BJJ, i found Kettlebells. Training with them for about a month (using the above mentioned path), as a whitebelt even the brown belts had loads of trouble breaking my balance!

Also using (Amongst others) the Turkish Getup, will open up your hips, give your body a proper form (stance etc.) and less chance at injury because of strengthend muscles and attachement points for muscles (don't know the english word ). Read Enther the Kettlebell by Pavel and make your decision!

Thanks for all the tips guys I do use them from time to time for variation. Every gym here seems to have them as standard these days. Good stuff
