This is the greatest shape we've ever seen Mark Hunt and if you have any evidence that disputes that previous statement, feel free to present it. This may be the greatest unintentional anti-KFC advertisement. Last month, Mark Hunt stated that along with giving up chocolate, he also stopped eating KFC in order to get in shape for his UFC 119 bout with borderline internet legend and undefeated, Sean McCorkle. This picture that surfaced today from American Top Team's Twitter just illustrates what giving up KFC will do to the human body. I stopped eating McDeathalds, Burger King, KFC, all that shit years ago.
Last time I decided to try it again (mostly because of being in a hurry) I had a burger and was stomach sick for 2 days. I thought "hmm what a coincidence" and then didnt have it for a longer time again... but one day a friends convinces me to have drive in burger and man I got sick again just like an hour after eating it. Couldnt sh-t right for days after also. Like a brick in the stomach.
I honestly truly believe that you are what you eat. Last 5 years or so I have more and more started to eat only fresh food, never anything frozen or premade anymore, never McDeathalds or any other food that has a CLOWN as their symbol ffs lol.
Its a big scam, they sell garbage with sugar. Dont eat it folks!

I'm a big Hunt fan and I want to see him do good in the UFC but I doubt it. Nevertheless I'm excited to see him in the octagon and see what he can do. Maybe a buttdrop or two
