I am fairly new to everything here and am trying to do my part seeding. I have Fios and connection is rated 50 up and 50 down but my upload speed on torrents fluctuates between .4kbs and 140kbs I have Utorrent set to Unlimited upload. Why are some people only pulling 14kbs and no one is pulling over 140kbs when my upload connection with overhead should be supporting about 5MB/s??
Any suggestions or help would be much appreciated

This could have to do with factors like distance from the leechers and you, the leechers max download speed, any router or firewall you use and even on your computers discs performance. I suggest you run a few speedtests to see if you really get the speed you are promised.

I just ran a speed test and i am at 71Mbs down and 74Mbs up. My location is FL and i tested to a server in GA. I also tested a server in WA and am at 57Mbs down and 77Mbs up. I doubt its my connection speed.

Depends on how many seeders vs leechers on the current torrent too. If you're the only seeder, then you should get higher upload speeds. If a lot of seeders and few leechers on the torrent, then the opposite occurs. Looks like you just started, so give it a bit of time. If you are able to UL a torrent, this will give you the best indication of your UL speeds.
