A rumour says that UFC / Zuffa is planning to make a AU vs UK TUF in 2011 AUS V UK TUF SERIES
Also in Australia, Zuffa are looking at an Oz v England Ultimate Fighter series. They could call it ‘Ultimate Ashes’. There is a ton of interest here. Australia and England are natural rivals and have been so for a very long time in cricket and rugby. I'd love to see it but who would coach...? There's not really any Aussie and UK guys on the same level in any weightclass.

that was the only person i could think of...
ross pearson vs george could be good...
but i think george is probably on a higher level than him...
and neither of them are big names really...
but i guess if its not a US based show then big names dont really matter...
