Does anyone know how to create a torrent with Utorrent WEB?? I only found the tutorial with a previous version wich is not the WEB version.

As far as I remember utorrent web version doesnt have make/create torrent. If you have command line access you can create the torrent with another tool and then add it to the client but its not for the beginner.

A good web client is rtorrent / rutorrent for Linux.
