What do like to listen to when working out, running ect. whats the music that gets you moving and your blood pumping ?

I can't do this so much anymore, but my playlist in college consisted of: RATM Rainbow [1] 311 Dio Utopia (seriously!) [2] Tool Maybe a little Racer X SKid Row (*ONLY* Subhuman Race...only decent ROXOR album) Wow, it's been awhile. I should go looking for the old CD. I can barely remember this much. Yeah I like Metallica too, BUT, only the older albums in this order: 1. Ride The Lightning 2. And Justice for all 3. Master Of Puppets 4. Kill em All But I actually love Hip-Hop and I like jazz, Soul, Rock, Classic music, House and a lot of other stuff too. As long as its "good" I listen to it  NAS is a favorite

I don't like old school metal like metallica,slayer..I listen to alternative/groove/rock&metal,drum and bass,and hip hop,really depends on my mood.
My favourite groups or performers are
Soulfly
Ill Nino
Limp Bizkit(they had SICK concert in Bulgaria,Im from there,I traveled 300km with a bus,spent much money for ticket,and then came back with a bus,spent a fortune,but it was goddamn worth it!)
Static-X(old albums,Shadow Zone the best)
Spineshank
Drowning Pool
from the DnB style there are MANY favourites,but i will write my most favourite
Evol Intent
Rawthang
Black Sun Empire
THE PRODIGY(well not exactly DnB but something like that,but they are the fucking best)

And maany other also Russian Drum And Bass is very very sick
