That was cool to see man. I know nothing about grappling and I must agree with Dent that at times I was like...awesome ground and pound position, go for it... but that is not a part of the sport 
At times it was hard to see what you were doing, especially when a few moved in front of the cam so I am not really sure about some of the movements you made but great to get some insight in how grappling is done. Herb Dean looked a bit pale and bald though 
Looking forward to seeing your next fights and I hope you will win.

Sorry I haven't been so active in my log recently guys, I've still been lifting, running, and practicing MMA though so rest assured I'm still continuing my work. I have the 2010 NAGA World Championships (Grappling) tomorrow and I'm still 1.5lbs over. I was 150 on the dot earlier this week so I thought I was good, I guess I ate too much that day. I think I'll make it but I'm hungry right now  .

Good news! I took home the gold! :] I'll let you guys watch for yourselves because I need to write a spanish paper lol.

Loved the final round, hope that guy is ok. Your legwork looks awesome, using your feet to close the lock.
The move I liked most was when in the final round that guy tried to stand up and you kept choking him even when you were lifted up in the air a little.

Sick matches! Don't forget you can hook a leg when you get your foot in the knee joint so he can't pick you up and either shake you off / slam, i felt bad for him after you got off though, he was like convulsing haha!
