PM related warnings added:
1. VIP users get a message under radio telling them from 14:th day before expiery to watch out and get displayed how many days of VIP they have left.
2. Users that have been members for minimum 1 month and have a ratio below 0.4 see a warning diplayed on all pages to check their private messages and that they risk disabeling because of low ratio.
3. Members with more then 10 unread private messages see a warning on all pages to check their inbox immediately.
