hey i tried to unblock my account and in process iv paid twice one for a unlock and one for a new account but obviously i have an account so iv lost $10 it needs to flag you already have an account before it takes that money
please help!!!!

Yeah I saw that. Your account was disabled because of low ratio and you went and made a donation under "Im not a member". Your paypal email was same so no new account was created.
You then went back and donated to recover your disbaled account and got the account enabled ratio reset, warnings removed and recieved the GB's promised.
(You should have done that directly instead of reregistering a new account.)
Am I right?
Anyways, I will now credit your account for the extra 10 bucks with the usual credit, 25 GB's, VIP etc..
