I have been experiencing a frustrating problem for a few months with this site. My upload speeds are incredibly slow. The other sites that I upload to are totally fine (300kB/s+), but for this site I am stuck at around 5kB/s. I even uploaded a torrent today to see if it was just congestion, but even right after the first hit I was at less than 5kB/s max (usually less that 2kB/s).
Does anyone have an explanation or suggestion for me to solve this problem. I seed all torrents for ages and I never get any upload... so my ration is now close to 1.0. I would love to remain dedicated to this site, but I can't leach much from here in good faith anymore if I can't upload.

maybe utorrent is misinforming me, but it says that I am currently the only seeder connected and there is one person currently downloading, and I am uploading at 2kB/s.
