I received a message on the 23rd informing me that I need to improve my ratio within 14 days or face my account being disabled. Yesterday I logged in to find that less than 24 hours later my account had been disabled. Please can you take a look at this for me and drop me a DM to discuss. Thanks.

Your account BiggestH on the tracker is not disabled and has recently been reactivated and its not possible to see any warnings as they are deleted when you reactivate the account.

The reason your account was disabled for low ratio was most likely because your VIP ran out and your ratio was below the minimum allowed.

"2023-05-23 - vip status removed by -AutoSystem."

Yes it charged me $20 to reactivate and didnt give me any further VIP benefit. I had believed I had until at least the 24th to extend my VIP status which is why I was surprised to find out I had been disabled. Have I missed something and there is an auto disable function? Why did I not get the 14 days to correct it?

In your case you most likely where warned previously but you where VIP so the account stayed enabled. But when your VIP ran out the account was disabled.

You re-enabled the account though.

It is important that you understand that you are not VIP now, that you should be careful and inform yourself about the rules and that you understand exactly why you got disabled in the first place BEFORE you start downloading again!

We strongly recommend that in the future you keep an eye on your ratio and rather then allowing your account to be disabled and donating to recover it, try to donate before it is disabled because then you will earn more credits compared to recovering a disabled account.

Here too... Just happened today: Had a 0.45 ratio and I managed to download 3 new packs today and before I was given any time to seed I got booted out.
I've donated several (4-5) times to the site to recover my account - which by the way seems to actually give me less credit than I would get if I just started a new account every time. I've tried to stick to free leech packages since my slow speeds will never amass to better ratios... Anyways: could someone check why I got cut in just hours after exceeding my 0.45 ratio?
