ok... so the problem is the Client.
we are getting somewhere.
relaunch the application (uTorrent).
I'm guessing you like that client and you have everything set up how you want it.
so just keep using it for seeding and leeching.
and for Torrent Creation try downloading some other Client and use it only for that.
Transmission:
https://transmissionbt.com/ is small and simple and works well for me.
And I literally use it ONLY for creating new torrents.
