UFC 114: Rampage vs. Evans is an upcoming mixed martial arts event to be held by the Ultimate Fighting Championship on May 29, 2010 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. The UFC Fan Expo will take place at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. The full fight card features five Ultimate Fighter season champions Rashad Evans, Michael Bisping, Diego Sanchez, Amir Sadollah and Efrain Escudero. Forrest Griffin was also scheduled to be another Ultimate Fighter winner to compete, but had to pull out.

Spike TV will be broadcasting two live preliminary bouts one hour before the PPV broadcast begins and it has also been confirmed that the three-part UFC Primetime series will return to Spike TV in the build up for this event
A bout between Forrest Griffin and Antônio Rogério Nogueira also known as Little Nog was scheduled, however Griffin withdrew due to a shoulder injury. Griffin will be replaced by Jason Brilz.
Melvin Guillard was scheduled to face Thiago Tavares, but Tavares was forced off the card with an elbow injury. Waylon Lowe has stepped in as Tavares' replacement.
UFC President Dana White has announced that the winner of the Jackson-Evans fight will face the newly crowned UFC Light Heavyweight Champion, Mauricio Rua, for the title.

Still a great event, but a few mismatches in my opinion, this is more like the Dream events where top fighters can just work on their highlightreel (or however you write that ) Of course I'm not talking about the Main Event.

Looking forward to see Rampoage back in the cage again. It will be interesting to see if he has improoved as a fighter. He claims to never have worked as hard so lets see if it pays off.
