UFC 112: Invincible is an upcoming mixed martial arts event to be held by the Ultimate Fighting Championship on April 10, 2010 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

* Lightweight bout: England Terry Etim vs. Brazil Rafael dos Anjos
* Middleweight bout: United States Kendall Grove vs. United States Mark Munoz

* Light Heavyweight bout: Sweden Alexander Gustafsson vs. United States Phil Davis
* Lightweight bout: England Paul Taylor vs. United States John Gunderson

Background
It has been reported that the event will be held in an outdoor stadium, making it the first open air event in UFC history.
Vitor Belfort was expected to fight Anderson Silva for the Middleweight Championship, however Belfort injured his shoulder during training and will be unable to fight at the event. Silva is now scheduled to fight Demian Maia.

Looks like another great line up.
Two championship bouts and some nice additions like Gracie.
I just hope they won't be doing this in a football stadium but it will be fun to see an outdoor event for a change.

Yeah, another awesome card. Can't wait for the Silva/Maia fight. Good to see Etim on the main portion and loads of Brits on the undercard.

I hate to be negative... but it would have been a lot more interesting if BJ and Silva fought eachother lol (j/k). Main card has the potential to be predictable and dissapointing. But the good thing is that it also has the potential to be an upset.

This is the first non-North American event that I've been around for. Do you guys host the fights live when they air at 1pm EST?

Paul Taylor Medically Unfit to Fight at UFC 112
The preliminary bout between Paul Taylor and John Gunderson has been pulled from the fight card because Taylor has been deemed medically unfit to compete.
According to sources at the event, Taylor's removal from the card is due to health complications resulting from his weight cut.
Sad news to lose a Brit from the card. Will be interesting to hear more about this considering how gaunt some people have turned up at weigh-ins recently (James Irvin) or having serious problems cutting (Rory Markham) that have still gone on to fight...
